Inside CommerceKing's Certified Development Team
Certified developers build the platforms we ship
Every CommerceKing engagement runs through certified Adobe Commerce developers. The team carries Adobe Commerce Partner status, a 5x Magento Master as founder, and a development partner (Evrig Solutions) that has shipped commerce work alongside us since 2013.
That combination is why platforms we build hold up under the load they were designed for.
What "certified" covers
Adobe Commerce certification is structured around the platform itself. Developers earn it by passing exams that test catalog architecture, checkout customization, payment integration, performance optimization, and the framework patterns Adobe expects in production code. The certification is a baseline, not a ceiling. It signals that a developer has read the documentation, knows the conventions, and can write code other Adobe Commerce engineers can pick up later.
For CommerceKing builds that means three things. Your store follows Adobe's recommended patterns. Custom modules are written so a future agency or in-house team can maintain them. Upgrades stay in Adobe's supported path instead of becoming rewrites.
The team and the partnership
CommerceKing's founder Brent Peterson is a 5x Magento Master, a recognition Adobe gives based on contribution to the Magento community across multiple years. The Master designation predates the Adobe Commerce rebrand and tracks consistent involvement with the platform from Magento 1 through Adobe Commerce on the cloud.
Day-to-day development is delivered with Evrig Solutions, a Magento and Adobe Commerce specialist team Brent has worked with since 2013. Evrig's developers carry their own certifications and ship work directly under CommerceKing project management. The same Evrig engineers stay on engagements across phases, which keeps platform knowledge in the build instead of off-boarding with a contractor.
US-based project management runs every engagement. David Decker handles communications, scope, and delivery so the development team can focus on the platform.
Why this shows up in your build
Stores built by certified developers tend to upgrade cleanly, integrate cleanly, and scale cleanly. Modules use core Adobe Commerce APIs the way the framework expects them to be used. New features stack on top of the framework instead of fighting it. Six months later, when the platform needs to scale or integrate something new, the codebase is in a state where that work is straightforward.
Certifications do not eliminate every risk. They remove a category of avoidable problems before the build starts.
Certified development is the Build pillar of LoopStack
CommerceKing delivers through LoopStack: Build, Fill, Grow, Automate. Certified developers operate inside the Build pillar. Content Cucumber fills the platform once it ships. SEO, AEO, and HubSpot automation drive the Grow pillar. RequestDesk handles Automate with brand voice AI and content pipelines.
The Build pillar starts with a discovery call. Scope, platform recommendation, transparent proposal. From there, certified developers take over and the rest of LoopStack expands as the platform matures.
Book a 30-minute discovery call if you are evaluating Adobe Commerce, considering a migration, or replacing a development partner.
